At Midland, our mission is to help each individual reach their highest level of achievement and contribute to their communities. Our culture is to provide individualized services and supports that evolve with each person across their lifespan. We link our Midland School graduates to Midland adult life in many ways. Our Philosophy

We Care

Midland protects, supports and promotes the people we serve. Individuals’ health and safety is at the center of every decision we make.

This is Our Community

We value each individual we serve, each employee we hire and every family who walks through our door. This is our community and people are the focus of everything we do.

Autonomy Matters

We elevate the principles of personal choice, self-advocacy, full community inclusion and self-determination.

Quality of Life

To help each individual achieve a quality of life, we foster skill development, enrichment, and personal development at every opportunity.

We are active listeners. If there is an unmet need, we do our best to meet it. We are big enough to have some resources to delve into new issues and small enough to be able to give individualized attention.
